Custom Clearance Delays: In rare cases, parcels may experience delays due to custom clearance. If contacted by customs, government, or courier agents, please inform us immediately at shumangalbeads@gmail.com, and we will provide the necessary documentation to minimize or waive customs charges.

Custom Duty & Charges

We declare shipments at a minimum value to reduce customs charges. Most of our shipments arrive without customs duty. However, if applicable, customs duties must be paid by the recipient.
